Our commitment

Wishlilly is working toward a marketplace usable with keyboards, screen readers, zoom, reduced-motion preferences, and a range of devices. The launch target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA, but final conformance testing is still in progress.

Feedback and assistance

If a page, form, document, checkout step, seller tool, or support flow is difficult to use, use the pre-launch support form at /support/contact. Include the page URL, task, browser or assistive technology when comfortable sharing it, and the accommodation that would help. Accessible-response staffing and alternate contact methods must be verified before public launch.

Ongoing work

Automated accessibility checks and manual keyboard testing.
Screen-reader labels, focus order, errors, status messages, and dialog behavior.
Color contrast, zoom, reflow, touch-target, motion, and mobile testing.
Accessible support alternatives while a reported barrier is corrected.
