Pre-launch policy draft
Terms of Use
The rules for using Wishlilly as a buyer, seller, visitor, or account holder.
Draft effective date: July 19, 2026
1. About Wishlilly
Wishlilly is a pre-launch online marketplace project that is being designed to help independent jewelry sellers list products and help buyers discover, purchase, message, track, review, return, and request support for marketplace orders. The final operating legal entity, principal business location, and service geography must be confirmed before public release.
Unless Wishlilly expressly identifies itself as the seller, the independent seller—not Wishlilly—is responsible for the product listing, materials, workmanship, fulfillment, and seller-specific policies. Wishlilly may moderate the marketplace and assist with disputes to protect buyers, sellers, and the marketplace.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to open a seller account or make a purchase.
- The current pre-launch seller program is intended for sellers who satisfy Wishlilly’s approved U.S.-eligibility requirements. The exact eligible person and entity types, residence or presence standard, and launch geography still require owner and counsel approval.
- Information you provide must be accurate, current, and yours to use.
- You are responsible for protecting your sign-in method and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
- Wishlilly may restrict, suspend, or close accounts when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, policy enforcement, or marketplace safety.
3. Purchases, prices, and payment
Prices, shipping charges, discounts, taxes, and the final order total are shown before payment. Payments may be processed by third-party providers. Payment authorization does not guarantee that an order will be accepted or fulfilled.
A multi-seller cart may create separate seller orders with different processing times, shipping, returns, and support timelines. When an accepted cancellation requires a refund, it will be sent through the original payment method when available.
4. Shipping, returns, and buyer support
- Sellers must provide truthful processing and delivery estimates and valid tracking when required.
- Seller return policies apply unless they conflict with applicable law or Wishlilly buyer-protection rules.
- Personalized items may have limited change-of-mind returns, but damaged, incorrect, counterfeit, or materially misdescribed items remain eligible for review.
- Wishlilly may request messages, photos, tracking, delivery evidence, or other order records before resolving an issue.
5. Content and intellectual property
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Wishlilly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and promote that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and market the marketplace.
You may submit only content and product designs you have the right to use. Counterfeit goods, copied photography, unauthorized trademarks, and infringing designs are prohibited.
6. Prohibited conduct
- Fraud, deceptive listings, review manipulation, harassment, scraping, credential sharing, malware, and attempts to bypass access controls are prohibited.
- You may not move a Wishlilly transaction off-platform to avoid disclosed safeguards or fees.
- You may not use Wishlilly to violate sanctions, export controls, consumer-protection, privacy, intellectual-property, tax, or other applicable laws.
7. Availability, disclaimers, and legal review
Wishlilly may change or discontinue features, impose reasonable limits, or perform maintenance. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Wishlilly does not manufacture or independently guarantee every seller product.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any limitation of liability, dispute clause, warranty disclaimer, governing-law provision, or seller-of-record allocation in the final version must be reviewed by qualified counsel before public launch.
8. Contact
Use the pre-launch support form at /support/contact to record a question for administrative review. Response staffing, mailbox ownership, escalation routing, and the complete legal entity name and business mailing address must be verified before public launch.
