Intellectual Property Reporting Policy
How rights owners can report copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property concerns.

Copyright notices
Submit a notice through the support form at /support/contact. Include your signature; identification of the copyrighted work; each Wishlilly URL at issue; your contact information; a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized; and a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.
Counter-notices
A seller may submit a counter-notice identifying the removed material and its former location, consenting to the jurisdiction required by applicable law, accepting service from the reporting party, and stating under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification. Wishlilly may restore material when legally permitted unless the reporting party timely confirms a court action.
Trademark and other rights
For trademark, patent, publicity, or design-right concerns, identify the right, registration when applicable, the challenged URLs, the territory, and the basis for the report. Wishlilly may request additional evidence and may forward the report to the affected user.
Repeat infringement and misuse
Wishlilly may remove or restrict content and terminate repeat or serious infringers in appropriate circumstances. Knowingly false notices or counter-notices may create liability, and misuse of the reporting process may lead to account restrictions.
