Submitting a report

Use the pre-launch support form at /support/contact to record an intellectual-property report. Include your contact information, the right you own or represent, each Wishlilly URL at issue, a clear explanation, and a statement that the report is accurate and submitted in good faith. This intake form is not a registered DMCA-agent address or a channel for legal service.

Review and response

Wishlilly may request more information, remove or restrict content, notify the affected seller, preserve records, or restore content when a report is withdrawn or successfully challenged. Repeated or serious infringement may lead to account closure.

Important pre-launch requirement

This channel is not yet a registered DMCA designated-agent notice. Before public launch, counsel must confirm the legal entity, physical service address, designated agent, Copyright Office registration, counter-notice process, repeat-infringer policy, and trademark procedure.
