Pre-launch process draft. Coverage, eligibility, remedies, deadlines, and exclusions are still awaiting legal and operations approval. This page is not a final protection promise.

Buyer Protection

Wishlilly is seller-fulfilled, but buyer trust is still central. Buyer Protection helps when an item never ships, arrives damaged, is incorrect, or materially does not match the listing.

1. Check the order timeline

Use the order tracking page to confirm whether the seller marked the order paid, fulfilling, shipped, delivered, or refunded.

2. Message the seller first

Many questions about personalization, delivery timing, materials, and packaging can be solved fastest by the seller.

3. Open an order issue

If the item has not shipped, arrived damaged, or does not match the listing, open an issue from the order tracking page.

4. Escalate to Wishlilly if needed

If the seller cannot resolve the issue, Wishlilly can review the case, timeline, tracking, messages, and return/refund request.

Examples eligible for review under the draft process

The seller never ships the order.
The item arrives damaged or incorrect.
The listing materially misrepresented the item.

The draft process does not replace seller policies or guarantee a particular remedy. It gives Wishlilly a structured way to review order issues when seller and buyer cannot resolve them directly; final scope requires approval before launch.
