Prohibited Items and Conduct
Products and practices that are not allowed on the Wishlilly jewelry marketplace.
This operational draft is not represented as attorney-approved. Qualified legal review and the missing business identity details must be completed before public launch.

Prohibited products
- Counterfeit, stolen, recalled, illegally obtained, or intellectual-property-infringing goods.
- Weapons, controlled substances, hazardous materials, human remains, live animals, or items outside Wishlilly’s jewelry marketplace scope.
- Protected wildlife materials or other restricted materials without all required documentation.
- Products that violate applicable consumer-product, jewelry-safety, labeling, import, export, or shipping requirements.
- Financial products, deceptive mystery products, or services unrelated to an approved jewelry transaction.
Prohibited practices
- Misrepresenting mass-produced goods as handmade, vintage, one-of-a-kind, or independently designed.
- False material, gemstone, origin, sustainability, appraisal, certification, health, or investment claims.
- Copied images, hidden fees, bait-and-switch pricing, keyword spam, fake urgency, review manipulation, or invalid ad clicks.
- Harassment, discrimination, threats, doxxing, phishing, malware, scraping, account takeovers, or evasion of marketplace controls.
Reporting
Use the pre-launch support form at /support/contact to record a prohibited-item report with the listing URL and supporting details. The form records a case for administrative review; launch staffing, response targets, and escalation routing must be verified before public release. Wishlilly may preserve records, remove content, restrict an account, contact affected users, or refer a matter to a provider or authority when appropriate.
