Prohibited or restricted products

• Illegal, stolen, counterfeit, recalled, unsafe, or intellectual-property-infringing goods.
• Weapons, explosives, controlled substances, drug paraphernalia, tobacco or nicotine, alcohol, hazardous materials, human remains, live animals, or regulated financial products.
• Pornography, sexually explicit products or imagery, sexual services, or products that sexualize minors.
• Hate items, violent extremist material, products promoting harassment or self-harm, or content exploiting tragedy.
• Protected wildlife materials, medical products or claims, cosmetics, food, supplements, children’s products, electronics, or other regulated goods without every required approval, label, disclosure, and shipping control.
• Deceptive mystery products, unauthorized gift cards, event tickets, services unrelated to an approved product, or items outside an active Wishlilly category.

Prohibited listing and account practices

• Misrepresenting mass-produced goods as handmade, vintage, one-of-a-kind, independently designed, or locally made.
• False material, ingredient, gemstone, origin, sustainability, appraisal, certification, health, performance, or investment claims.
• Profanity, nudity, sexual content, threats, hateful content, copied images, keyword spam, hidden fees, bait-and-switch pricing, fake urgency, review manipulation, or invalid advertising activity.
• Harassment, discrimination, doxxing, phishing, malware, scraping, account takeovers, sanctions evasion, or attempts to bypass marketplace safeguards.

Reporting and enforcement

Report a listing, shop, message, review, or safety concern through the support form at /support/contact and include the relevant URL or order information. Wishlilly may preserve evidence, remove content, restrict accounts, contact affected users, or refer a matter to a provider, regulator, or law-enforcement authority.
