Marketplace policy
Returns and Refunds Policy
Marketplace minimums for cancellations, returns, damaged items, and refunds.
Effective: September 29, 2026
1. Seller policies and marketplace minimums
Each seller publishes return and cancellation settings on its shop and listings. A seller may offer more generous terms, but may not reduce rights required by law or the marketplace protections below.
2. Change-of-mind returns
- When the seller accepts returns, the buyer must request the return within the displayed return window after delivery and ship it by the provided deadline.
- Unless the seller offers free returns or the item is defective, incorrect, or misdescribed, the buyer is responsible for return postage and safe packaging.
- Items must be returned in their received condition. Reasonable inspection is allowed; use, alteration, damage, or missing components may reduce or defeat a change-of-mind refund where permitted by law.
- Personalized, made-to-order, perishable, hygiene-sensitive, digital, and final-sale items may be excluded from change-of-mind returns when clearly disclosed before purchase.
3. Damaged, incorrect, unsafe, or misdescribed items
A buyer should report a damaged, incorrect, counterfeit, unsafe, or materially misdescribed item promptly and within 30 days after recorded delivery. The seller is responsible for an appropriate remedy and reasonable return shipping when return is required. Wishlilly may request photographs, packaging, tracking, or other evidence.
4. Refund timing
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method when available. Financial institutions may take additional time to post the credit. Original shipping and return shipping are refunded when required by law, seller policy, or a Wishlilly case decision. A seller cancellation before shipment receives a full refund of amounts collected for the cancelled item.
5. How to request help
Start from the order page so the request is connected to the correct buyer, seller, item, payment, and shipment. Message the seller first when practical. If the seller cannot resolve the request, escalate it through the order-help flow or support.
