Buyer Protection Policy
How Wishlilly reviews qualifying order problems when buyer and seller cannot resolve them.
Effective: September 29, 2026
Covered problems
- The seller fails to ship within the disclosed processing time and does not provide a supported resolution.
- Tracking or other evidence shows the order was not delivered to the address supplied at checkout.
- The item arrives damaged, incorrect, counterfeit, unsafe, or materially different from the listing.
- A seller fails to provide a refund or replacement already accepted through the order workflow.
Buyer responsibilities
- Provide an accurate delivery address, monitor order messages, and contact the seller promptly when a problem appears.
- Open the issue within 30 days after delivery or, for non-delivery, within 30 days after the latest estimated delivery date.
- Provide truthful information and requested photographs, packaging, tracking, return, or other relevant evidence.
- Do not seek duplicate recovery through Wishlilly, the seller, a payment provider, and a financial institution for the same loss.
Review and remedies
Wishlilly reviews the listing, order timeline, tracking, messages, seller policy, and submitted evidence. Depending on the circumstances, Wishlilly may require shipment, replacement, return, partial refund, full refund, or another reasonable correction; deny unsupported or abusive requests; or restrict the seller account. A refund may require return of the item when safe and lawful.
Exclusions
- Buyer remorse where the seller clearly excluded returns and no legal or marketplace exception applies.
- Damage caused after delivery, unauthorized alteration, ordinary wear, or failure to follow disclosed care instructions.
- Transactions completed outside Wishlilly, prohibited activity, fraudulent claims, or requests filed outside the applicable period without a valid reason.
- Carrier events or extraordinary circumstances where another remedy is required by applicable law or carrier insurance terms.
